Dateless

It's been two weeks since school started. More literally, one and a half weeks.

Okay, so there's a Swing Dance next Saturday on the 22nd.. and.. I got a date!!!

Wait, Sly got a date? No way! How did Sly get a date?
Well, I was talkin' with the girls in the hallway on Friday, and they brought up the swing Dance and asked me who I was going with.
Depressively, I answered, "I don't think I'm gonna go, I mean, how am I supposed to get a date?"
Katie enthusiastically exclaimed that she would be my date and that was it.
I was a little shocked that anyone would actually want to go on a date with me, so my enthusiasm was far less than Katie's. I did, however, manage to say "Seriously?"

Anyway, I think she's just going with me just so she can have a date. I believe she already has a boyfriend anyway.

Now the bad news is that I can't go on this date because on the 22nd I'm going to be in Anaheim watching UFC.
I would prefer the date, but my parents already spent nearly $1000 on my seat, so there's no turning back.

Ugh, how long must I wait???
